Fees
The patient or legal guardian, is financially responsible for the total cost of all services rendered by Dr. Cisse. As care is provided via tele-video-conference, full payment is expected at the time of service. Once service has been rendered, fees are not refundable under any circumstances. We gladly accept PayPal or debit/credit (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express) card payment for all patients.

Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled according to each patient’s needs and the availability of the physician. The time of your appointment is reserved for you. In the event you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you are expected to give 24 hours notice. Failure to do so, will result in a missed appointment fee of $150.00. Please note that the missed appointment fee also applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
